Where's my order?
Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery takes 7–13 business days to the US, or 10–20 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I return it?
Yes — and we make it easy. We offer a 30-Night Calm Guarantee: if the Emberna doesn't make your evenings softer, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
US orders: email us if your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days. International orders: after 25 business days. We'll either reship or refund — your choice, no hassle.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once it ships, we can't intercept it — but our return policy covers you.
