Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal backlogs, or peak periods (November–January).

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 3–5 business days to activate after dispatch. You can track your order at 17track.net or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and Import Duties

Most orders arrive without any customs charges. However, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the buyer's responsibility. We are not able to predict or control customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 40 days of your order date, contact us at support@emberna.com and we will investigate immediately. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
