Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Emberna products. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, broken, or not as described, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required. Just email us at support@emberna.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will resolve it within 24–48 hours.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@emberna.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective)
  4. Once we confirm receipt, your refund will be processed

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item at no charge.
