We tried the obvious stuff — earlier bedtimes, phone bans, melatonin, blackout curtains. Some of it helped. Most of it didn't. And the products that actually worked were buried under pages of cheap knockoffs with no real design, no real thought, and no real understanding of what a wind-down ritual actually needs to feel like.

So we built Emberna.

Every product in our range is chosen with one filter: does it actually help someone sleep better? Not does it look good on a shelf. Not does it have the most features. Does it work — and does it feel good to use at the end of a long day when you have nothing left to give?
